Air Balancing

Calibrating total air flow to meet industry standards and comfort levels. Main air handling units are verified, as well as each individual air diffuser/grille. Occupancy permits are often not approved until an air balance report has been issued.

Water Balancing

Heating and Cooling pumps are beneficial in the comfort of any building. However, they must be properly balanced to ensure adequte flow to certain areas.

Air Changes

Air Changes per hour (ACH). Certain spaces require their own ACH whether it be classrooms doctors offices, operating rooms, etc. We can verify your ACH, and adjust if necessary.

Air Volume Surveys

Find out how your system is operating, and whether or not it's being used to it's design capacity and/or efficiency.

Acoustical (Noise) Testing

Certain spaces are designed to allow a minimum amount of noise. Librarys, classrooms, lecture halls (to name a few) have a strict guideline as to what is acceptable. We can measure your spaces and see if they are acceptable.

Building Pressure Readings

A building that is under negative or positive pressure can cause many issues including drafts, noises, and unwanted odors. Let us troubleshoot as to why you are having these issues, and correct the problem.
